On the 3rd, 4th and 5th of April 2015, Badmintonclub Oudegem, will organise their 8th Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup. The Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup is part of the Belgian Badminton A Circuit and there's also a team cup.
Tournament information
The Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup is one of the biggest Badminton tournaments in Belgium. 450 players from various country’s participated in last year’s edition. Players can enter in all categories, from D to A. The tournament is also a part of the famous BBAC Circuit and has a prize money of 5000 euro.

Ros Beiaard Cup
The Ros Beiaard Cup is a trophy for the best club at the Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup. That club is rewarded with 250 euro extra prize money and the Cup. The more players from your club who are participating, the bigger the chance is to claim victory in the Ros Beiaard Cup. Persuade al members of your club to enter the tournament. Overnight Stay
The abbey school closed it's doors in november 2014. Badmintonclub Oudegem will not provide cheap accommodations.
It’s possible to camp, free of charge, next to the sports center. You can make the reservations by sending an email to info@bcoudegem.be before the 1st of April 2015.

Maximale bezetting
Op zondag 1 maart openen de inschrijvingen voor de Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup. Je kan inschrijven tot 20 maart of tot het maximaal aantal wedstrijden bereikt is. De volledige bezetting van het tornooi wordt berekend aan de hand van het totale aantal wedstrijden. Op vrijdag 29 maart worden er maximaal 90 gepland. Op zaterdag 30 maart, maximaal 375 en op zondag 31 maart maximaal 170. Er werd dit jaar ook een maximaal aantal deelnemers per disciplines ingesteld. Dit moet de planning voor de organisatie eenvoudiger maken. Hierdoor wordt het ook gemakkelijker om wachttijden voor de spelers te beperken. Hieronder kan je het maximaal aantal deelnemers per discipline bekijken. De cijfers in de dubbels zijn uiteraard het maximaal aantal koppels.
Vanaf 2015 zijn in het Vlaamse tornooicircuit nieuwe regels van kracht om de aanvaarding van spelers te regelen wanneer een reeks volzet is. De eerste 50% wordt aanvaardt op basis van zijn ranking. De overige 50% op basis van zijn inschrijvingsdatum. U hebt er dus nog steeds baat bij om zo snel mogelijk in te schrijven. Voor de dubbelkoppels is de inschrijvingsdatum van de laatst ingeschreven partner geldig.
Opgelet: door een gebrek aan inschrijvingen wordt de enkel D reeks toegevoegd aan de C2 reeks. De C1 en C2 reeks starten op vrijdagavond.

- Your club receives a half point per participant. Only if your club has more than 10 participants
- Per match that was won until the semis: 2 points, 1 point per player if the doubles’ team is composed of members of different clubs
- Per match that was won in the semis: 4 points, 2 points per player if the doubles’ team is composed of members of different clubs
- Per match that was won in the finals: 8 points, 4 points per player if the doubles’ team is composed of members of different clubs
