On Saturday the 19th of April, we also organize the “Player’s Party”. After the second day of the tournament, players, fans and generally everyone in a party-mood can party with one another. Last year was a great success, this year will be even better! The Venue is the same as last year: ‘The Porter House’ near the Grand Place in Dendermonde.. We'll make it again a night to remember. No need to change the ingredients: Good music, lots of beer and YOU!

Camping
It's also possible to camp, free of charge, next to the sports centre. You can make the reservations by sending an email to nils.ottoy@bcoudegem.be between the 3rd of March and the 15th of April 2014. It is required to book your spot in advance.

The tournament will be played in the sports complex of Sint-Gillis. One of the best halls in Flanders to play badminton. The hall contains fifteen badminton courts.

The abbey school closed it's doors in november 2014. Badmintonclub Oudegem will not provide cheap accommodations.
