The abbey school closed it's doors in november 2014. Badmintonclub Oudegem will not provide cheap accommodations.

It’s possible to camp, free of charge, next to the sports center. You can make the reservations by sending an email to info@bcoudegem.be before the 1st of April 2015.

Bed & Breakfast promoties tijdens de Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup

Heb je geen overnachtingsplek in de abdijschool kunnen bemachtigen, is kamperen niets voor jou of wil je tijdens de Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup ook genieten van een comfortabelere overnachting dan kan je altijd overnachten in één van de Dendermondse Bed & Breakfasts. Speciaal voor jullie hebben we verschillende overtuigd om speciale tarieven te hanteren tijdens ons tornooi. Wens je in te gaan op één van deze aanbiedingen neem dan contact op met Famke Merckx (famke.merckx (at) bcoudegem.be). Zij stuurt je gegevens door naar de gekozen Bed & Breakfast. Zo is de eigenaar meteen op de hoogte van de speciale tarieven. Verdere afhandeling, reservering en betaling dien je daarna zelf te regelen.

Abbey School fully booked

We can hereby announce, even before the entries for the Ros Beiaard Badminton Cup are opened, that all the beds in the Abbey are reserved. Free camping, reservation is required though, is still possible on the small camping next to the sport’s centre. Already present: 1 English club. The atmosphere will be good!

Bad news if you haven't booked you're overnight stay yet. The Abbey school is completely full. You can book a room in a hotel or a bed and breakfast nearby.

• Hotel Denderhof ** (Situated in Appels, a village next to Dendermonde. Approximately 2 km untill the Market Square and 4km untill the sports complex)
• City Hotel **(Situated in the same street as the Abbey School)
• Domus Portus B&B (Situated approximately 200 meters from the Market Square)
• Pieter Pauwel B&B (Situated in Schoonaarde next to the "Schelde". Approximately 5km untill the Market Square and 7 km untill the sports complex)
• Cosy Cottage B&B (Situated in Dendermonde next to the 'Schelde". Approximately 2km untill the Market Square and 4km untill the sports complex)
